There are so many places in Atlanta that you can explore with your little ones. These are the 6 places that we love visiting.Atlanta is our home and we’re constantly trying to find new places to explore. There are so many great attractions in the Atlanta area to explore. These are some that my school-age child and toddler can both enjoy.
Children’s Museum of Atlanta
This is a place that both boys enjoy alike. There are things for the growing school age kid and the curious toddler to explore. It really is an amazing place to spark imagination and learn through play.Website: https://childrensmuseumatlanta.org/

Fernbank Museum of Natural History
It is an amazing science center where kids will enjoy learning and exploring natural history. There is so much to see and do. My boys especially like seeing the dinosaurs and animals. It is just such a cool adventure and there is a lot to experience from the planetarium to the outdoor gardens.

High Museum of Art Atlanta
We enjoyed this museum during one of the Second Sundays family event. On the second second of every month, the museum offers free admission. I wasn’t sure if they would enjoy the museum but they had a blast. There were several activities for little ones to enjoy and Ray enjoyed looking at the different art.

College Football Hall of Fame
As soon as you walk in, you see a huge helmet wall. This museum is great for all ages and you don’t even have to be a huge fan of college football to have a great time. There are so many interactive exhibits and different activities to enjoy. As the adults, we loved seeing all the artifacts and reading the history. We had the opportunity to sing a fight song and the chance to be on the field to catch a football and go through some obstacles. There is so much to see so it does take a little time to see everything. I think it’s worth checking out and something both kids and adults can enjoy.
